Swiss Coastal Rowing Championships

One day after the announcement of the Olympic Committee that Coastal Rowing with the Beach Sprint will become an Olympic discipline, the Swiss Coastal Rowing Championships took place in Lausanne on Lake Geneva (picture RC Lausanne Liam Rossat / Maude Winkler) (Gold U19M).

Rowing was held in the categories CW1x, CM1x and MixC2x (Juniors U19 and Seniors). Other races ( C1x, C2x, C4x ) outside the Swiss ranking list took place as well as races for Masters in the open class.

The field of participants was tight, because besides the many clubs from Switzerland also clubs from the neighboring countries have participated

The organizer of this endurance event over 6km was Lausanne Sport Aviron happy. A great event.
